Are Kibbutz and cooperative Moshav members can be entitled to unemployment benefits?


A Kibbutz member who worked out the of the Kibbutz as a salaried employee, or in the Kibbutz factory, co-owned by the Kibbutz and an external agent, and has accrued a qualifying period, can receive unemployment benefits.

A Kibbutz member who worked in a factory in Kibbutz's full ownership, but was paid a work salary as an employee, in every way, and deducted insurance contributions from his salary as an employee (including for unemployment insurance branch), in accordance to his employer's declaration on his behalf - can also receive unemployment benefit.
